commercial work
I have additional fees for commercial work, depending on what kind of licensing terms are negotiated.
if you would like to hire me to create artwork for your brand or product, these would apply to you.
I offer reduced fees for indie projects, and higher fees for corporate ones.
-
this would allow you to utilize my artwork
commercially, but not own my artwork.
I still retain all rights to my work.
-
this grants you full commercial usage of my
work and negotiated limited usage for
myself. i would still retain the right to the
artwork and can utilize it in such places as
my portfolio, social media, etc.
depending on terms, i could also sell prints
of the artwork.
-
a full copyright transfer, meaning I would
relinquish all rights to the artwork.
double the rate would be charged initially,
plus an additional fee to be negotiated.
if you are interested in hiring me for your personal or commercial project, please reach out to me via my contact form.
TERMS OF SERVICE
-
payment in full via paypal or etransfer would be required before any work begins. I will send you an invoice via paypal which
can be paid whether or not you have a paypal account.
depending on client preference, payment plans can be negotiated. typically, i allow half up front, and half upon completion of
work.
-
the client is allowed to forfeit or cancel their commission, with some caveats:
• if no work has begun, 100% of the payment will be returned to the client in full.
• if work has already begun, depending on the amount of work completed, the deposit (if made) will be non-refundable. If a full
payment was made but only partial work has been completed, a percentage will be retained for the amount of work and labor already
done. The remaining payment will be retuned to the client.
• if the work is completed, no funds are returnable or refundable.
Important note regarding non-payment: If the client agrees to a payment plan with a deposit and work is complete but the client
refuses or does not complete the final payment, the commission will be considered forfeit and the client will be blacklisted for future
work. The client also will not have permission to utilize the work for any reason.
-
If you are a commercial client (indie or corporate) and intend to use the work for commercial purposes, a confirmation of
terms and licensing agreement documentation would need to be arranged before any work begins.
you must disclose to me beforehand if the work will be utilized for commercial purposes. -

values or makes me uncomfortable.
-
requests for alterations after prior client approval may come with an additional fee, depending on how complex the change is.

allocate enough time and structure my work to meet client needs.
